Delivery & Returns

International customers outside of the European Economic Area may be required by their Customs to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package.

The duty and tax charge is calculated by the total value of the Arcitor sales receipt/invoice. These rates can vary by country and is beyond our control.

Please be aware of these potential charges before completing your purchase as it is not included in your order.


An additional 3-5 working days are required for delivery of gloves with personalisation.

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed apart from UK Next Day delivery. If you live overseas and your order is urgent, we highly recommend you to choose Express Delivery.

We only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

We are not able to make any amendments to your order after the payment is confirmed. Please note that we dispatch very fast so we are unable to change the delivery address, shipping method or add/remove/replace items from your order.


Unfortunately, not all parcels can be tracked. We offer a free and secure delivery method (fully insured). However, tracking is limited within the UK. If available, a tracking number will be sent with your email dispatch confirmation. The carrier used is carefully chosen depending on the size and destination of your order.


All goods supplied by are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

If an exchange is required then the items should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of your purchase - we cannot accept returns later than this. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a returned item that has been personalised unless it is a fault of the manufacturer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The items returned must be in their original condition which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that your packet has been carefully protected to prevent any damage to the items.

We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us at the price you paid for them. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. We do not offer a free returns service from outside of the United Kingdom. Refunds are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product is sealed and in original packaging
  • The product has not been used
  • The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival
  • The product is lost in the postal service

Unfortunately, we cannot refund:

  • Postage costs
  • Gloves with protective palm plastic removed
  • Gloves with personalisation
  • Products returned after 14 days since purchase
  • Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use* 

* Latex is a natural material that can experience wear from the very first use. The level of wear will vary per goalkeeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and weather conditions.


1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Arcitor Limited.

2. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, with the original packaging and in the same condition that it was delivered to you.

3. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are perishable (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines) or where they are intimate or sanitary goods (like underwear), or where they are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

4. Other types of services cannot be returned for a refund, for example where the service begins as soon as you make the payment (e.g. a downloadable software product) or a gift card or gift wrapping service.

5. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

6. Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty or were not described properly) within 14 working days.

7. If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

8. Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item. To obtain a refund for a non-physical product (like a service) please contact us for further information about how this can be done.

9. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

10. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

11. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

12. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.

13. In the event of a Mail dispute or postal strike, we must wait 30 working days to allow delivery of orders dispatched to the UK and international postal addresses, and we generally adhere to that advice. After that time if your order still missing we place a postal claim for the lost post with Royal Mail for the value of the goods to reclaim the insurance. We need your cooperation to do so and you will be required to complete a P91 denial of receipt form which Royal Mail will send to you.
